Recently, the high-purity iron oxide dryer independently designed and produced by our company has successfully passed various functional debugging and performance tests, and has officially set off for the project site. The smooth delivery of this key piece of equipment not only marks a technological breakthrough for the company in the R&D field of core equipment for high-purity iron oxide production, but also lays a solid foundation for the efficient commissioning of subsequent projects. After the device is officially put into operation, it will help the customer's enterprise achieve the production capacity target of 50,000 tons of iron oxide new materials per year, injecting strong impetus into the large-scale and high-quality development of my country's new materials industry.
This project adopts a combined drying process. The filter cake is first subjected to preliminary drying in a double paddle dryer, and then sent to a disc continuous dryer for deep drying.
The combination of the double paddle dryer and the disc continuous dryer achieves the comprehensive goals of "higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, more stable operation and maintenance, and better products" through process complementarity (high-humidity pretreatment → low-humidity deep drying), energy consumption optimization (segmented temperature control → reduction of waste), and material adaptation (solving the pain points of high viscosity/heat sensitivity). It is especially suitable for processing materials with high humidity and viscosity, heat sensitivity, or strict requirements on final moisture content, and is one of the preferred solutions for "high-difficulty material drying" in the current industrial drying field.
