Recently, the triple-effect evaporation system designed and manufactured by our company has passed various functional debugging and performance assessments, and was successfully delivered to the project site to start hoisting operations.
At the hoisting site, the project team collaborated closely and strictly followed the safety operation procedures to ensure that every step of the operation was accurate and error-free. With the start of the large-scale hoisting equipment, the system was slowly lifted and steadily placed in the predetermined position. This triple-effect evaporation system adopts an enhanced forced circulation technology, which can reduce energy consumption by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment. It is expected that all installation and debugging work will be completed by the end of this month. After commissioning, it will help the customer achieve the production target of handling 500 tons of high-salt wastewater per day and reduce the annual hazardous waste discharge by approximately 1,500 tons.
