Recently, the core equipment for lithium carbonate carbonization, pyrolysis and purification contracted by our company for a technology enterprise in Hunan has entered the critical installation stage. The project adopts large-tonnage crane hoisting and laser positioning to achieve millimeter-level positioning, and simultaneously promotes the installation of steel structures, pipeline welding and instruments. The processes are efficiently connected, effectively promoting the green production of lithium battery materials.​
During the construction process, the installation team strictly followed chemical safety specifications, with full protection for high-altitude operations and full control over dangerous operations, achieving the goal of zero safety accidents. From dawn to dusk, the operators stuck to the site and completed key processes such as equipment docking, frame assembly and pipeline integration, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent commissioning of the pyrolysis and purification process.​
After the equipment is put into production, it will greatly improve the utilization rate of lithium resources and product purity, help customers build a lithium battery circular industrial chain, and also provide a replicable industrialization scheme for pyrolysis and purification for the industry, promoting the green development of the new energy materials field.
