Successful Final Commissioning of Lithium Carbonate Carbonization Pyrolysis Equipment

Recently, the complete set of lithium carbonate carbonization pyrolysis equipment independently designed, developed and manufactured by our company has completed the full-process final commissioning at the project site. All process and safety indicators have met the design requirements, and the equipment is ready for official operation.
This commissioning focused on five major systems: carbonization, pyrolysis, heat exchange, automatic control and safety interlock. The technical team strictly verified key parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate and stirring speed, optimized gas-liquid contact and heat transfer efficiency, and verified CO₂ recycling and continuous stable operation capacity. During commissioning, key inspections were carried out on equipment sealing, pipeline patency, anti-corrosion, wear resistance and anti-scaling effects to ensure long-term system stability.
After continuous trial operation, the equipment’s carbonization conversion rate, pyrolysis crystal particle size, product purity and energy consumption indicators have all met standards, with precise automatic control and reliable safety interlock. The successful commissioning provides equipment support for the stable production of high-purity lithium carbonate and helps improve the quality and efficiency of the lithium battery material industry chain.
