Lithium Carbonate Carbonization and Pyrolysis Equipment Shipped to Empower the Era of High-Purity Lithium Battery Materials

The equipment adopts three core technologies:
First, the carbonization unit adopts a multi-stage series connection mode, where lithium hydroxide slurry and CO₂ gas are operated in countercurrent flow. This enables the conversion of lithium hydroxide to lithium carbonate, thereby preparing high-purity lithium carbonate.
Second, a CO₂ recovery port and pipeline are installed on the carbonization tower of the carbonization unit, realizing the recycling of CO₂ within the device. This further improves carbonization efficiency and reduces production costs.
Third, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and a special corrosion-resistant cylinder, featuring intelligent operation and intelligent fault early warning. The production process fully achieves adaptive temperature and humidity control, and the product quality stability is improved by more than 80% compared with traditional processes.
