Recently, our company's independently developed, designed, and produced MVR evaporation device has successfully completed the full process functional verification and process indicator compliance assessment, and has been officially shipped to the customer's project site, marking the key stage of equipment installation and commissioning for this environmental and energy-saving project. Subsequently, the engineering installation team will synchronously rush to the site to provide full process support such as installation guidance, debugging and operation, ensuring that the device is quickly put into production and achieves the expected results.
The device is equipped with an efficient steam compressor and an advanced intelligent control system. Compared to traditional evaporation equipment, it reduces energy consumption by more than 60% and can achieve steam recycling, significantly reducing wastewater discharge and energy consumption. This device is widely used in the fields of wastewater treatment and material concentration in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
