Recently, our company independently designed, developed, and produced a complete set of core equipment for the Zijin Lithium Yuan crude carbon preparation project with an annual output of 25000 tons of battery grade lithium carbonate. The entire process of equipment installation has been successfully completed, and we are about to enter the stage of single machine testing. The single machine testing will focus on key indicators such as equipment operation stability and parameter matching. It is planned to start soon, pressing the "acceleration button" for the subsequent production of the project.
This project is an important achievement of the company's deep cultivation in the field of new energy materials. It adopts a fully intelligent purification process of "efficient carbonization+precision impurity removal+intelligent temperature control pyrolysis", which can significantly improve the recovery rate of lithium elements and the purity of lithium carbonate products, and the particle size of lithium carbonate products is small and uniform. After the project is completed, it will not only strengthen the company's independent advantages in the field of new energy equipment and product manufacturing, but also provide stable equipment support for the downstream power battery industry, and help promote the high-quality development of the new energy industry chain.
